1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of onezerozerone.com (the “Site”) operated by OneZeroZeroOne Engineering India Private Limited (“OneZeroZeroOne”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or otherwise interacting with us through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About our services
OneZeroZeroOne is a Salesforce-focused engineering and architecture consultancy. The Site is informational and is used to share our work, accept consultation requests, and receive job applications. Any paid engagement to design, build, integrate, or support software is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a master services agreement, statement of work, or proposal). These Terms do not by themselves create a consulting relationship, and nothing on the Site is an offer to enter into one.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you will not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems.

- You are not submitting confidential or trade-secret information; please share that kind of detail only under a signed non-disclosure agreement.
We will treat the substance of your submission with reasonable confidentiality, and our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the contents of your submission for the limited purpose of responding to you, evaluating your application, or operating and improving our services.
5. Intellectual property

10. Termination of access
We may, in our sole discretion and without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, including for any breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its rights.
