What you'll do

  • Implement and review Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative automation aligned with architecture standards.
  • Collaborate on data model design, integration patterns, and release strategy (Copado / CI-friendly packaging where applicable).
  • Partner with architects and clients on backlog refinement, estimates, and production support.

What we look for

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs).
  • Understanding of governor limits, security model, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Clear written communication and comfort working directly with client engineering teams.
