1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how OneZeroZeroOne Engineering India Private Limited (“OneZeroZeroOne”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you visit onezerozerone.com (the “Site”), submit a form, apply for a role, or otherwise interact with our engineering services.

2. Information we collect
We only collect the information we need to operate the Site and deliver our services:
- Information you provide through the consultation form (name, work email, company, area of interest, and the message you write).
- Job application data when you apply to a role on our Careers page (name, email, phone, years of experience, optional LinkedIn or résumé URL, and your cover letter).
- Email correspondence when you reach out directly, including any attachments or context you share.
- Technical data automatically generated by your browser when you visit the Site — for example IP address, referring URL, device and browser type, and aggregate page views — used in anonymous form to operate and improve the Site.
- Client engagement data we receive in the course of delivering paid engagements. Such data is governed by the underlying contract with the client and treated as confidential.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data (such as health, biometric, or government-issued identifiers) through the Site.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and prepare proposals.
- Evaluate job applications and communicate with candidates.
- Deliver, support, and improve our engineering services.
- Operate the Site, maintain security, and prevent abuse or fraud.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information you submit through the Site for targeted advertising.
4. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies needed for the Site to function (for example, to remember session state) and operational cookies set by our hosting provider to deliver content securely.
We do not currently use any third-party advertising, retargeting, or behavioural analytics tools on the Site. If we introduce optional analytics in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy to describe what is collected and how to opt out.
5. Third-party service providers
We rely on a small number of vetted service providers (“sub-processors”) to operate the Site and our communication workflow. Each is bound by its own terms and privacy commitments:
- Netlify, Inc.— hosting, edge delivery, and serverless functions that power the Site (including form submission handling). Netlify operates globally; you can review Netlify’s practices in their privacy policy.
- Resend— transactional email delivery for consultation requests and job applications.
- Calendly— meeting scheduling, when you choose to book time via our Calendly link.
- LinkedIn— when you follow the company profile linked in our footer.
We do not share personal information with these providers beyond what is necessary for them to deliver their service to us, and we do not authorize them to use your data for their own marketing.
6. Data sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information only in these limited circumstances:
- With the service providers listed above, strictly to operate the Site and respond to you.
- With professional advisors (legal, accounting) under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law, regulation, court order, or other valid legal process; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OneZeroZeroOne, our clients, or others.
- In connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or financing, in which case the recipient will be required to honor this policy.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law:
- Inquiry submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction so we can follow up on ongoing conversations.
- Job applications are retained for up to 24 months after the role closes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Email correspondence may be retained for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or contractual obligations.
- Analytics datais retained in aggregated, anonymized form per our analytics provider’s defaults.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, applicable data protection laws (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU/UK GDPR, and similar regimes) give you the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. International data transfers
We are based in India and operate the Site globally. Information you submit may be stored or processed in countries other than your own (including the United States, where some of our service providers are headquartered). We rely on industry-standard safeguards such as service-provider security commitments and standard contractual clauses, where applicable.
10. Children
The Site and our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
11. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls on our systems, and vendor reviews. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
